چکیده
Abstract This chapter takes a macro-level approach to explore key skills required for the future(s) of work in digital era. It will how future highlighted both impact on, and can be co-created nurtured through, formal yet flexible higher education. Our focus is purposefully on (not future) futures (plural). A underpinning our argument need narrative that moves away from technical skill development more holistic view human-centred development. discussed with respect human aspects digitalisation virtual real dimensions, slow movement elevated well-being. In providing an infrastructure which balances reflection action while locating disruption its socio-economic context, education ultimately provide platform greater certainty progress age uncertainty.
